The event inquiry form is hosted by Google Forms. Submitted responses go to Dr. Chopra’s office and are handled through Google Forms, not stored by this website. Loading the form connects to Google, which may receive connection information such as your IP address and browser details. Google’s privacy practices apply. Do not include patient or sensitive medical information.
Recordings
Video teasers on the homepage and listings do not load a player until selected. Opening a dedicated recording page loads an embedded third-party player without autoplay, even if you do not press play. The video provider may receive connection information such as your IP address and browser details. You can use the original recording link instead of the embedded player, but opening that link also takes you to a third-party site. YouTube recordings use its privacy-enhanced embed domain; the TED recording uses TED’s embed.
Activity signals
This site has no configured visitor analytics service. Local interaction events may be emitted for inquiry links, video selections, downloads, but no form responses are included. No booking is confirmed by visiting the page or submitting an inquiry.
